Your access code stays saved on this device for 30 days.
Classroom-ready unit plans, pacing guides, and linked materials for AP Psychology, Civics, and IB History of the Americas.
Pick the one that fits and the page changes to match.
Lesson pages are protected by your personal access code, which I rotate periodically for security. Active subscribers get the new one by email, so use an address you actually check.
A subscription covers one teacher. If you want access for a department or a whole school, email me instead and I'll sort out multi-seat pricing.
Monthly and Annual checkout is at the top of thehomepage.
You now have access to the unit plans, linked resources, and everything I add from here on. A couple of minutes and you're set up.
Your access code is emailed to the address on your subscription, from codes@taylored.works, a few minutes after you subscribe. Check spam first; that's usually where it lands.
Can't find it? On the login page, enter the address on your subscription and we'll email you a sign-in link.
If you still can't find it, email me and I'll send your code.
Go to the login page and enter your code. No password needed. Codes aren't case-sensitive. Type yours without spaces.
No code handy? Ask for a one-time sign-in link by email instead.
Any lesson page you open while signed out sends you there too.
Each device keeps you signed in for 30 days, then asks for the code again. Your code works on all of your own devices.
Use the Log out button in the footer of any page when you're done.
Teacher guides, assessments, and tests aren't posted publicly, but subscribers can have them. Email me the course, the unit, and what you need, and I'll grant access.
Unlimited access to my Social Studies resources: full unit plans, pacing guides, linked slides, activities and assignments, and everything I add going forward. Teacher-facing materials like guides, quizzes and tests are available to subscribers on request.

Occasionally, for security. If I rotate yours, the new code is emailed to you, so you shouldn't ever be locked out without warning. If nothing arrives, check spam, then email me and I'll sort it out.
Use the Log out button in the footer of any page when you're done.
Your access code is yours alone. It opens the unit plans and lesson pages in your subscription. A class password is a different lock: a few student-facing assignment pages share one password that students are given in class. Those pages sit outside your subscription, so your access code won't open them.
Yes. Email me the course, the unit, and what you're after, and I'll grant access.
Yes. PayPal bills $3.99 each month until you cancel. The annual plan bills once a year instead.
Any time, through PayPal: Payments → Manage Automatic Payments → TC Social Studies. You keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
Past payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel any time to stop future charges.
PayPal emails a receipt after every charge. If you need something customised for school reimbursement, email me and I'll write one up.
Yes. Log in first, then subscribe to the other plan on the homepage: the new subscription is linked to your code automatically. Then cancel the old one in PayPal. If you subscribe while logged out, email me and I'll link it.
Please don't. A subscription covers one teacher. If your department or school wants access, email me and I'll set up multi-seat pricing. That's a real option, not a brush-off.
Yes. Your subscription covers everything you teach.
Up to five at a time: your classroom computer, a laptop, your phone, and so on. Each browser you sign in with counts as one device, and any device you've used in the last 90 minutes always stays signed in, so you're never signed out in the middle of a lesson.
If a sixth device signs in, the one you used least recently is signed out and shows a page saying so. Nothing is wrong with your code: enter it again on that device to sign back in, and the next least-recently-used device is signed out instead. I'll also email the address on your subscription, at most once a day, in case it wasn't you.
Teaching with a co-teacher, or need more devices for a department? Email me and I'll set it up.
Yes. Adapt anything for your own classroom. The one ask is that you don't redistribute publicly or resell.
Yes. On a lesson page, Share with a colleague makes a link to that one lesson that anyone can read, without a code, for 72 hours. It's read-only, and it stops working early if your subscription ends. You can make up to ten links a day. Your access code is never in the link.
Check spam and junk first; it comes from codes@taylored.works.
Then use Email me a sign-in link on the login page with your subscription address.
If it's still missing, email me with your subscription address and I'll reply with your code.
Retype it. Codes aren't case-sensitive. Type yours without spaces. If it still fails, it may have been rotated: look for a newer code in your inbox or spam, or email me and I'll send the current one.
Each device stays signed in for 30 days, then asks for the code again. Enter it once more and you're set for another 30.
Yes, if your subscription has an email address on file: use Email me a sign-in link on the login page. The link works once, for 15 minutes, and signs that device in for 30 days like the code does.
Refresh, try a different browser, or turn off strict content blockers for a moment. If none of that works, email me and I'll send a direct link.
Yes. Checkout accepts debit and credit cards, and where available Apple Pay, Google Pay and Venmo. No PayPal account needed.
No. Students go to taylored.works/join and type the room code on your screen. No code, no account, no sign-in, and a nickname is optional.
Live rooms store only what's needed to run the room, and delete it 15 minutes after your teacher leaves (4 hours at most): the question, your answer, a random id for this tab, and a nickname if you typed one. No accounts, no emails, no IP addresses, no cookies.
Written answers to an exit ticket go to the teacher's screen only; other students never see them. Poll results show counts, never names.
Email me with your name and the address tied to your subscription. I usually reply within 24 hours on school days.
